Ordering "available" items is as easy as sending an email
Simply include the item name (located next to each item's picture/description) in your email and you will be contacted asap with payment and shipping details.

Or you can click the provided paypal button and complete your transaction quickly and easily using your paypal account or a paypal accepted credit card!

Custom Ordering Information

Ordering a custom piece can also be very easy. I keep in contact with you every step of the way, from idea to creation. You can provide your own designs for approval or you can tell me what your looking for and I can design it myself. Custom orders require atleast a 25% non-refundable deposit. I will send pictures of the finished item for approval, via email, prior to shipping.

Prices are based upon the size and difficulty of the piece and the requested detail of the work.

You may also choose your artist! As you may have noticed, Malice and Dark Rose have two very different styles. If you prefer one to the other then please tell us. If you do not specify which artist you'd prefer than your custom order will go to whichever artist is available at the time your order is placed.

*PLEASE NOTE*
Please allow for time to create and ship custom orders. Everyone of IL's pieces are done by us, by hand, in our spare time, and while wrestling several small children. All pieces are done on a "first order, first serve" basis, so please order with plenty of notice and be patient with us :)

*DISCLAIMER*
All pictures, symbols, and or designs submitted for custom orders become usable for any future pieces we wish to use them for, unless you prove they are legally copyrighted by you. Custom designed layouts however, can become non-duplicatable at the buyers request, but we reserve the right to reuse the pictures, and symbols submitted to IL, as long as it is within the law to do so.

If an item is listed as "non-duplicatable" it is sometimes because the design was commissioned using someone elses copyrighted idea. Some designs however are simply requested to remain original, and can be done similarly but not exact. Please feel free to ask about these if you see something you really like, coming up with a similar design to suit you is very easily accomplished.

PAYMENT INFO
Payment methods accepted are U.S. money orders, Paypal *PREFERRED* (including paypal accepted credit cards), and personal checks. On custom orders I must ask that down-payment be made prior to the start of work, to cover material costs. And personal checks will be held for 7 business days before we start any work or ship any orders, pending clearance by our bank.

Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us here at Immortal Light, which is why we ONLY accept credit cards through Paypal so you can be assured no one here will EVER come in contact with your credit card number. We do of course require contact information such as name, email, address, and sometimes phone number however, but all info gathered is kept 100% private through the course of the complete transaction and afterwards is deleted from our records. We will NEVER give out or sell your contact information and we do NOT send newsletters, spam mail, or advertisements to our customers.

SHIPPING INFO
We ship Smaller items Via USPS Priority or Parcel post to anywhere in the U.S. & Canada (NO P.O. Boxes please), see shipping table below. We highly suggest you purchase USPS insurance on any ordered items, IL can not be held responsible for loss or damage of any items by the USPS.

For insurance please add $1.30 extra per $50.00, per package.

For larger pieces or orders within the US we ship Via UPS ground, and actual shipping cost is charged. Buyer may request faster services such as FedEx Express, Overnight, etc. at their own expense.

Overseas shipping IS available through the USPS, but charges vary depending on the destination. Contact us for details.

*LAYAWAY*
Introducing our Layaway Plan, just in time for the holidays. Place an order for an available item with only 10% of the final cost down (Custom items require a 25% non-refundable deposit) and make easy payments at your convenience. Layaway time of up to 45 days available. Your order will be shipped immediately following the final payment.
A promise of layaway is a contract to pay off your order in 45 days or less. Failure to complete payments can result in the loss of whatever payments were already made.

We are working on some guidelines for high volume resale orders that will differ depending on what is ordered. At this time please email for more information, and I will have a system written out soon.
